Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, strengths, and resources. You will gather relevant information to inform effective treatment planning.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that establish measurable goals and appropriate interventions for each client.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including school staff, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure cohesive and coordinated care for students.

• Facilitate crisis intervention, performing timely risk assessments and developing safety plans when necessary to protect the well-being of clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes, adhering to legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n
