Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychiatric assessment and support to clients presenting with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, employing evidence-based techniques to formulate treatment plans.

• Develop and maintain trustful relationships with clients, ensuring a safe and supportive environment conducive to recovery.

• Conduct comprehensive screenings and assessments, working with clients to outline their goals and create integrated care plans that support their mental health needs.

• Collaborate effectively with other mental health professionals, healthcare providers, and community resources to ensure continuity of care for clients.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and educational workshops to promote mental health awareness and coping strategies.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation using electronic health records systems, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies.

• Identify and address safety concerns, advocating for the well-being of clients and ensuring a secure therapeutic environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and possess a current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
