Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical assessments and screenings for clients facing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, conducting evidence-based treatments in a timely manner.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans to ensure continuity of care, coordinating with families and external providers to facilitate client support.

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of diverse populations, including crisis intervention as required.

• Assist in ongoing evaluations of patient progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary based on client feedback and outcomes.

• Document all services provided and maintain compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational standards, ensuring accuracy in reporting and data submission.

• Participate in team meetings, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and engage with community outreach efforts to promote mental health awareness.

• Maintain an active caseload, ensuring holistic approaches to treatment while addressing clients’ primary concerns and goals.

• Provide on-call coverage outside of regular hours as assigned, ensuring clients have access to support when needed.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this LCSW position ranges from $70,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
