Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual psychosocial assessments to gain a clear understanding of each client's unique strengths, needs, and challenges.

• Develop evidence-based treatment plans and provide personalized therapy and counseling services to a range of clients, including individuals, families, and groups.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that are engaging, effective, and tailored to the specific therapeutic goals of clients.

• Work collaboratively with healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and community resource organizations, to ensure comprehensive care and optimal support for clients.

• Advocate for clients' rights and access to an array of community resources, enabling them to access essential support services.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes within electronic health records.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through team meetings, workshops, and continuing education, enhancing both clinical skills and knowledge of best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals and families dealing with various mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Our diverse client population reflects the multicultural fabric of Visalia and surrounding areas, and you will be expected to demonstrate cultural competence and sensitivity while establishing rapport and trust with clients from all backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• At least three (3) years of post-licensure clinical social work experience, demonstrating a history of providing effective mental health services.

• Abilities in conducting comprehensive diagnostic assessments and developing action-oriented treatment plans based on evidence-based methods.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate meaningful engagement with clients.

• A commitment to upholding principles of cultural competence, social justice, and ethical practice in all interactions.
