Overview HealthCare Recruiters International is recruiting for a recognized, national home healthcare provider seeking a Clinical Manager (RN) for their home healthcare branch in Roswell, GA. Clinical Manager, Home Health Qualifications Clinical Manager will have a bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferably) and an RN license in GA Clinical Manager will have 3 years of experience within the last 5 years working in home health with at least 1 year in a supervisory role Will know accepted professional standards and practice, Medicare Conditions of Participation, and Federal, State, and Local regulatory requirements Clinical Manager, Home Health Responsibilities Clinical Manager overall will have responsibility for coaching and managing field staff, coordinating and managing patient care, and supervising clinical personnel for appropriate delivery of patient care Clinical Manager will supervise day-to-day clinical and office operations Clinical Manager will ensure services comply with professional standards, state, and federal regulatory requirements Clinical Manager will comply with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies, and procedures, including but not limited to the Compliance Program, Code of Conduct, HIPAA, and Documentation Standards Clinical Manager, Home Health Compensation Dental, Health, and Vision Insurance Health Savings Account Paid holidays PTO Seniority level Not Applicable Employment type Full-time Job function Management Industries Hospitals and Health Care #J-18808-Ljbffr
