Project Manager

Duration: 12 months Job Description: The Project Manager, CNS Marketing Excellence tasks include: Responsible for providing project management support to two commercial brand teams, along with opportunities for special projects across franchise and functional areas. Primary responsibilities will include, but not limited to, managing brand planning, alliance governance management, product Loss of Exclusivity (LoE), and brand-led national meetings. Working in a heavily matrixed organization with all core functional area workstreams including Brand Teams, Sales, Business Analytics/ Market Research, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales Training, Finance, Regulatory, Legal, Promotional Compliance, and others. This position will also require coordination with alliance partners. Responsibilities: Establish & facilitate team ways of working and governance Manage & conduct project kickoffs with any subsequent meeting cadences to support projects to completion Workshop coordination and facilitation Capture and deliver team status updates Project plan creation/maintenance Create & maintain project, executive, milestone timelines Create & maintain team org chart, scorecards, status report including KPIs, charter, RACI, team communications plan, meeting minutes and action items Experience : 3-5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience required, marketing operations or marketing experience preferred Expertise in independently managing large projects with multiple workstreams Experience with established project management methodology, KPIs and templates Experience partnering directly with brand teams and brand/executive leadership Skillsets: A strategic leader with a proactive mindset Results-driven with a high sense of urgency and accountability: ability to meet business objectives, deliverables, and timely completion of initiatives with a cross-functional team High standards for accuracy in written and verbal communication Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills - ability to effectively organize and prioritize tasks to achieve established deadlines Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and major functional areas Strong managerial, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Ability to function effectively under conditions of uncertainty and ambiguity, and ability to navigate competing demands Ability to effectively utilize project management tools and software Strong MS Office Suite skills & deck building (for both brands and leadership) Strong capability as an adaptive learner Strategic planning experience within marketing or commercial operations space Education: BA/BS degree Additional Qualifications: Brand LoE management Knowledge of working across strategic alliances Certifications : PMP certification US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
