About Mobia Medical Mobia Medical is a commercial‑stage medtech company delivering breakthrough stroke recovery solutions. The company’s Vivistim® Paired VNS™ Therapy is the first and only FDA‑approved implantable solution designed to improve function in chronic ischemic stroke survivors with moderate to severe upper limb impairments. About The Role As a Therapy Development Specialist at Mobia, you will play a key role in supporting the adoption and clinical integration of the Vivistim® Paired VNS™ System, a groundbreaking neurostimulation therapy for stroke rehabilitation. Provide weekly sales forecasting using available tools and guidance. Deliver in‑depth, impactful product presentations to patients, accounts, and clinicians, communicating the Vivistim message to healthcare partners across therapy sites, hospitals, and partnering facilities. Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership. Collaborate closely with marketing to establish successful patient and customer access and therapy adoption. Manage customer relationships and provide leadership to advance strategic opportunities. Position yourself as the “Vivistim® Paired‑VNS™ Patient Expert” for the assigned geography. Maintain a constant drive for clinical excellence and a sense of urgency in goal attainment. Demonstrate outstanding product, technical, and clinical expertise. Complete all administrative requirements on time and accurately. Maintain company standards, acting with ethical and moral character while professionally representing Mobia Medical. Qualifications Degree in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, COTA, or PTA (OT, PT required). Understanding and ability to operate within legal and regulatory guidelines. Ability to influence decision makers in large, complex environments. Capability to sell new solutions in mature markets. Comfortable working in a cross‑matrix organization. Occupational Therapy training/background is ideal.
