We buy directly from sellers, close fast, and handle the hard parts ourselves.

About the Role

This is not a desk job.

You'll spend your days driving throughout Acadiana, meeting homeowners face-to-face, understanding their situation, building trust, and helping them find solutions.

Our Lead Managers set appointments for you. Your responsibility is to run appointments, build rapport, present offers, follow up consistently, and turn opportunities into signed contracts.

Typical territory includes:

• Lafayette Parish
• Vermilion Parish
• St. Martin Parish
• Iberia Parish
• Acadia Parish
• Surrounding areas

Typical workload:

• Target of 2 seller appointments per day
• Primarily business hours with occasional evenings and Saturdays
• Significant driving throughout South Louisiana
• CRM updates after every appointment

Compensation- Commission-based compensation with a structured draw program during ramp-up. Compensation is designed to reward performance and high activity levels.

Realistic first-year earnings: $80,000–$100,000+

Top performers can significantly exceed this.

Requirements

• Valid Louisiana driver's license
• Clean driving record (required for company vehicle eligibility)
• Comfortable with extensive daily driving
• Comfortable entering distressed, vacant, or heavily damaged properties
• Ability to lift, walk properties, and navigate job sites safely
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation to and from office/meeting locations

No real estate license required. No specific industry background required.
