Member Support Representative
Join our dynamic team as a Member Support Representative, where you will be the first point of contact for all member inquiries. This temporary part-time position allows you to work from home while providing essential support to our members in navigating their nutrition and health journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist members with inquiries and provide empathetic support over the phone.
- Document interactions and ensure accurate member records for seamless follow-up.
- Navigate internal resources to resolve member questions and troubleshoot technology issues.
- Match members with the right dietitian and assist in scheduling appointments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage and resolve complex inquiries.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote environment.
- Experience working with sensitive information and understanding HIPAA regulations.
- 1+ years of remote call-center experience preferred.
- Reliable high-speed internet access and a secure workspace.
