Registered Client Associate

Job Description Registered Client Associate at ZK Financial Group. This role supports financial advisors and branch operations with client service and administrative duties. The successful candidate will handle daily client inquiries, manage account information, support new client onboarding, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems. Responsibilities Service daily client inquiries over the phone and in-person, including scheduling meetings and greeting clients. Work independently and as part of a dynamic team to provide administrative support to financial advisors and branch office. Open new client accounts, process money movements, and research information as needed. Ensure client paperwork and documentation is accurate before submission and processing; follow up to ensure accurate completion. Prepare letters, forms, and reports to support servicing existing clients and prospecting for new clients. Prepare business summary reports and client‑specific reporting for advisor review. Create and maintain records using Client Relationship Management (CRM) software. Actively engage in training, cross‑training, and professional development to remain current on industry policies and procedures. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of company structure, policies, mission, and strategies. General office practices, procedures, and methods. Basic investment concepts, practices, and procedures in the securities industry. Financial markets, products, and industry regulations. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. Effective communication via in‑person, virtual, phone, and mail. Operation of standard office equipment and software applications for correspondence, reports, and databases. Analytical and research skills for account information. Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks with changing priorities. Initiative to follow up and resolve errors or concerns. Ability to handle stressful situations and provide high‑level customer service calmly. Mathematical aptitude for processing account and transaction information. Effective interpersonal communication and teamwork. Licenses / Certifications SIE, Series7, Series66, or equivalent—willing to obtain within the stated period. Education Bachelor’s degree preferred.
