We're seeking a Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift) who's ready to be part of an innovative, people-first brand shaping the future of the roofing industry.About the role: Duro-Last Roofing, the world's largest manufacturer of prefabricated roofing systems and a division of Amrize, has an opening for a Maintenance Technician at Tip Top Screw Manufacturing in Oscoda, Michigan. This is a 2nd shift (1:00 PM – 9:30 PM), full-time, hourly position with excellent benefits.What you'll accomplish:Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment.Operate a variety of hand and power tools to complete tasks as assigned.Troubleshoot and repair machinery.Maintain facility and associated equipment.Work with maintenance vendors.Keep work area in a clean and orderly condition.Complete and submit company purchase requisitions.Install equipment and electrical components and test to ensure proper functioning.Ensure all machinery follows federal, state, and company safety standards.What we are looking for:3-5 years industrial plant maintenance.Electrical experience is highly desired.Ability to read and interpret instructions and operations manuals and follow step-by-step instructions.Must have experience with Industrial Controls.Mechanically inclined, and able to perform physical labor, lifting & operating machinery.Ability to read blueprints and experienced with fabrication.Excellent safety and attendance record.Must be able to work overtime when required.Self-motivated and be able to multi-task.High attention to detail and be exceptionally organized.Must have initiative and be able to work in a team and individually.What we offer:Competitive salary & Bonus Incentive401(k) retirement plan with company contributionMedical, Dental, Vision, Disability and Life InsuranceHolistic Health & Well-being programsHealth Savings Accounts (HSA) & Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)Paid time off12 paid holidaysPaid Parental Leave (maternity & paternity)Educational Assistance ProgramBuilding inclusive workspaces at Amrize, there is endless opportunity for you to play your part.
