Job Title: Machine Operator Job Description

This role involves operating machinery specifically for producing rollers. The job requires physical strength to lift up to 50lbs and involves loading materials into the machine. You will operate the machine independently in a cell of 2-4 people and are expected to produce 140 rollers per hour. The use of micrometers, calipers, and gauges is essential.

• Lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 50lbs.
• Load materials into the machine for processing.
• Operate the machine efficiently to produce rollers.
• Use precision tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Work independently within a small team to maintain production targets.

• 1+ Years of Machine Operating experience
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Experience in assembly and general production

• Experience with micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• Experience with shear and press brake operations

This position operates on the 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

This is a Contract position based out of La Porte, IN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
