Leonhardt Manufacturing is seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our first-shift team. If you have experience setting up and operating CNC press brakes, reading blueprints, and producing high-quality parts, we'd like to talk with you.You'll work with a team committed to quality, safety, and continuous improvement while manufacturing precision components for leading OEM customers across a variety of industries.Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate CNC press brake machines.Read blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders.Select and install tooling for a variety of jobs.Perform machine setups and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.Inspect finished parts using calipers, protractors, height gauges, and other measuring equipment.Verify parts meet print specifications and required tolerances.Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment clean.Troubleshoot minor production and machine issues.Work with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve manufacturing challenges.Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.RequiredExperience setting up and operating CNC press brakes.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Experience using measuring equipment, including calipers.Strong attention to detail.Basic math skills, including fractions and decimals.Ability to work independently while maintaining quality and productivity.Preferred3+ years of CNC press brake experience.Experience with bend deductions and forming calculations.Experience working with steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.Experience troubleshooting machine setups.Manufacturing certifications are a plus.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods.Frequently lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift.Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks.Why Leonhardt Manufacturing?Leonhardt Manufacturing is a family-owned contract manufacturer with a reputation for quality, craftsmanship, and long-term customer relationships.
