Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead and execute strategic business initiatives that drive revenue and profit growth as well as brand awareness and customer engagement. This role requires a dynamic leader with expertise in driving revenue and profit , retail assortment strategy, budget planning, inventory management, and market analysis . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and executing channel specific product strategies while ensuring financial efficiency and optimal inventory levels to support business goals. #LI-Remote

Key Responsibilities

Strategy, Budget & Planning:

• Develop and implement comprehensive customer strategies aligned with business objectives to support brand collaborations and the growth in the retail channel of business.
• Continuously evolve go-to-market tools and resources to optimize sales opportunities within retail channel.
• Monitor budget performance, in partnership with sales team to make necessary adjustments to align with business goals.
• Utilize retail POS to support seasonal/ annual product development priorities.
• Close collaboration with marketing team to identify seasonal product campaigns and messaging.

Inventory Management:

• Collaborate with supply chain and sales teams to ensure inventory levels align with business needs.
• Develop marketing strategies that support inventory turnover and product availability.
• Utilize data analytics tools to track inventory trends and adjust go to market efforts accordingly.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

• Work cross-functionally with sales, finance, product, supply chain, and analytics teams to drive revenue growth.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Strong expertise in assortment planning, brand management, and data analysis preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
