Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Specialist to support the setup, maintenance, and processing of customer and user accounts. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate account information, reviewing documentation, completing administrative tasks, and resolving routine account issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain customer and user accounts in internal systems.
• Enter, update, and verify account information for accuracy and completeness.
• Review submitted documentation and ensure required information is properly recorded.
• Communicate with internal departments to resolve account questions or obtain missing information.
• Coordinate corrections, approvals, and account updates as needed.
• Troubleshoot routine account issues and escalate complex matters appropriately.
• Maintain accurate records while following established procedures.
• Support an organized and efficient account-management process.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative, account support, customer service, or data-entry experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with computer systems, databases, and standard office software.
