Professional Services Manager

Leading a team of skilled Project Managers, the full-time Manager, Professional Services will oversee project delivery, establish best practices, and ensure high-quality customer outcomes in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Oversee project delivery to ensure consistent execution and positive customer outcomes Provide leadership and support to Project Managers during client interactions and complex delivery scenarios Identify and lead process improvement initiatives related to workflows and delivery standards Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience At least five years of experience in a related field, with one to two years in a leadership role Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Effective time and resource management skills in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills to foster a high-performing team
