Admissions Advisor

University at Buffalo is hiring an Admissions Advisor/Recruiter. This role involves actively recruiting students, maintaining community partnerships, providing admissions guidance, coordinating recruitment events, tracking student data, and supporting enrollment processes including testing and registration. Highlights Participate in student recruitment and maintain community partnerships. Maintain extensive knowledge of admissions requirements and program eligibility. Advise students and applicants on admissions process, eligibility, and programming. Coordinate and manage admissions events and activities. Track and analyze student data for reporting purposes. Assist with enrollment processes including testing, registration, and academic guidance. Required Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of outreach and recruitment experience; Master’s degree and bilingual skills preferred. Proficient in social media and strong communication, organizational, and time management skills required. Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
