• Assist the lending team by gathering and organizing client documentation, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
• Conduct initial loan assessments to help keep deals progressing efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records for each active file, supporting seamless operations.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with clients, providing updates throughout the lending process.
• Ensure all required paperwork is submitted correctly and on time, maintaining compliance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced client service.
• Participate in training sessions and mentorship programs to continuously develop your skills and knowledge in commercial finance.

• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles, ensuring clear and professional communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, maintaining organization and attention to detail.
