Scheduler Job description Elite Home Health, LLC is a growing home health care agency located in Bedford, IN. We are seeking to hire a dedicated scheduler to join our team! You will be responsible for essential coordination tasks as it relates to caregiver and nurse scheduling. Job Requirements and Responsibilities: Filling unassigned and/or called off shifts Building future caregiver schedules for authorization periods spanning from 9 weeks up to 6 months Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently Liaison between nursing staff, patients, and caregiver when scheduling patient initial evaluation, admission, etc. Responsible for ensuring field staff complete visit notes timely Maintain and update Master Schedule in Excel Required to review and correct all scheduled shifts weekly to ensure accuracy for billing and payroll Qualifications/Skills: Must perform and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently and work well under pressure High School diploma or GED, Associates Degree preferred Minimum of one (1) year experience in a medical office environment Minimum of one (1) year experience with medical scheduling Strong organizational skills Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision Have critical thinking skills Ability to problem solve effectively Great communication and confidentiality Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel Valid Driver's License Reliable transportation Must pass a background check Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $25.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Medical Specialty: Home Health Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Work Location: Hybrid (n-Person and Remote) Elite Home Health Care
