- Recruiting for a national NY insurance defense powerhouse (79+ attorneys, NY Law Journal's largest women-owned firm).
- Seeking Senior Insurance Defense Attorneys
- Fully remote role, specializing in $25M-$70M litigations involving negligence, professional liability, and ERISA claims for global carriers.

Key Duties:

- Prepare and present at trials, arbitrations, and mediations, focusing on toxic tort, environmental liability, and professional malpractice defenses.
- Develop litigation budgets and timelines for senior-level insurance defense files, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.
- Collaborate on appellate briefs and oral arguments to establish precedents favorable to insurance carriers in emerging liability areas.
