Customer Service Rep - Toombs HD

Position Overview The Toombs County Health Department is seeking a highly qualified candidate for the full‑time, salaried Customer Service Representative based in Lyons, GA. Responsibilities Under limited supervision, coordinates administrative operations requiring advanced knowledge of Health Department operations, policies, and procedures; provides guidance, consultation, and technical assistance to clients and others within the organization; researches and analyzes program/operation data and generates reports as needed; provides clerical support for different Public Health programs and delivers excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Qualifications High school diploma or GED and one year of experience communicating information in a customer service setting. Preferred: computer experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, data entry); public health experience; experience working in an office and/or clinic setting; customer service skills.
