Intramotev is seeking an experienced Strategy Manager with a focus on Commercial and Growth. This position will play a key role in helping Intramotev meet its future volume goals by developing growth strategies and initiatives. A successful candidate will have experience within top-tier management consulting, investment banking, high-growth technology companies, and/or VC/PE investing. Position Responsibilities Creation and execution of growth strategies for customer acquisition, software and service agreements, and customer expansion. Support fundraising efforts through design of strategies and materials to secure resources that enable rapid growth. Lead other strategic efforts as needed, including office/factory expansion, M&A exploration, and other initiatives related to growth. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) Ability to identify growth opportunities, develop strategies to capture growth, and execute said strategies. Ability to learn railroad operations, use cases, and networks. Ability to engage with customers or potential customers directly. Ability to understand and convey technically complex product benefits and value propositions in simple terms. Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time. Self-starter willing to operate independently with autonomy as well as cross-functionally in small teams. Hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience) Experience in client-facing roles is strongly preferred. Advanced degree (MBA, MS) is preferred. Typical Education and Experience Education/experience typically acquired through education and typically 5 or more years' related work experience. Advanced degree preferred.
