Growing multi-state defense litigation firm, Holden Litigation, is seeking a driven and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our Dallas office. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for meaningful case responsibility and real courtroom experience. Our firm handles complex litigation across a variety of practice areas, including construction law, healthcare liability, oil & gas, product liability, trucking/transportation, catastrophic injury, premises liability, and insurance coverage. We are looking for a motivated attorney with 7+ years of defense litigation experience, with insurance defense strongly preferred, who is ready to take ownership of cases and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team.
