Grill Cook

About the Role: Serial Grillers in Tucson, AZ is looking for a passionate and skilled Grill Cook to join our fired-up team! Responsibilities: Operate and manage grill station during service, including searing, and grilling meats, vegetables, and other menu items Prepare and cook food orders accurately and efficiently to meet ticket times Maintain proper food temperatures, cooking times, and portion control standards Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling and storage of raw proteins Set up, break down, and clean grill station before and after each shift and assist with other stations Communicate effectively with kitchen team and front-of-house staff during service Assist with prep work including seasoning and portioning products Requirements: Previous experience as a grill cook, line cook, or in a similar kitchen role Ability to work in a high-heat, fast-paced kitchen environment Strong knowledge of grilling techniques, meat temperatures, and food safety standards Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Positive team-player attitude with strong communication skills About Us: Serial Grillers is Tucson's go-to destination for bold flavors and expertly grilled eats that keep customers coming back for more.
