Benefits Specialist

What you’ll do As a Benefits Specialist, you will be the cornerstone of support for leave of absence, disability plans, and ADA accommodations. You’ll manage complex case escalations, ensure strict local, state, and federal compliance, and collaborate seamlessly with HR, Legal, Payroll, and third‑party vendors to keep operations running smoothly. What you bring Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience managing FMLA, ADA accommodations, short‑term/long‑term disability, and return‑to‑work programs. The Know‑How: Deep familiarity with HR systems and working with third‑party administrators. The Vibe: Exceptional communication skills, a high degree of empathy, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or equivalent experience. Why apply?
