Our client, a top-tier national professional services provider and insurance brokerage, is looking for a high-performing Employee Benefits Sales Consultant to acquire and build a long term book of business across their rapidly growing markets in Greater Denver or Colorado Springs, CO area. This is a unique opportunity to sell without territory restrictions, collaborate with seasoned practitioners, and grow within a team that’s investing in your long-term success. Strong base salary + Uncapped commission structure (ability to earn up to 40% commission!!) Up to $20K cash bonuses and other accelerators!! Sell nationally, no territory limits!! Company is in growth mode - They are looking to hire the future leaders of the organization!
