Employee Benefits Specialist

Our client, a top-tier national professional services provider and insurance brokerage, is looking for a high-performing Employee Benefits Sales Consultant to acquire and build a long term book of business across their rapidly growing markets in Greater Denver or Colorado Springs, CO area. This is a unique opportunity to sell without territory restrictions, collaborate with seasoned practitioners, and grow within a team that’s investing in your long-term success. Strong base salary + Uncapped commission structure (ability to earn up to 40% commission!!) Up to $20K cash bonuses and other accelerators!! Sell nationally, no territory limits!! Company is in growth mode - They are looking to hire the future leaders of the organization! Hefty annual investment per rep in sales tools to help set you up for success (SalesLoft, sales intelligence) Collaborative culture +robust service team to support you so you can focus on what you are good at...selling Flexible in office/remote schedule when not meeting in the field with prospects Clear path to leadership Full Benefits, 401K, Company Amex card, Discount stock purchase plans + more! Requirements: 2–5 years of industry sales experience (professional service sales for benefits and insurance services) OR sales experience in adjacent industries (PEO, payroll, etc.) HUNTER mentality.
