Get to Know Your Team: UT Health Pittsburg offers 25 private rooms, a 24-hour Level IV trauma center and acute stroke ready facility, surgical suites, advanced diagnostics, a sleep lab, wound healing center, swing bed care, 16 physician offices and a UT Health East Texas Olympic Center fitness facility. Responsibilities The Patient Services Representative functions as a patient services professional in a call center or clinical front desk environment. Patient check-in/out, appointment scheduling, scanning and filing documents, and insurance verification. Obtaining authorization, collecting payments, and charge posting. Faxing medical records requests and scheduling patients for injections at the hospital. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Job Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent Experience posting payments and charge entry Basic personal computer skills and comfort with Microsoft Windows operating system; database and word processing skills required Patient record documentation skills Preferred Job Requirements: 2 years recent experience in a clinic or healthcare setting. #J-18808-Ljbffr UT Health Pittsburg Hospital
