Position Summary...The Manager, Site Merchandising, leads the design and execution of site navigation, category displays, and product layouts to optimize customer engagement and drive traffic. About the team The Food Site Merchandising team enhances the digital grocery shopping experience by guiding customers to find and explore products efficiently. The team ensures timely and relevant messaging to create a seamless and inspiring shopping journey. Leveraging customer analytics, market research, and category strategies, the team collaborates across functions to optimize site navigation and product displays. They focus on data-driven decisions, effective communication, and strategic planning to drive customer engagement and business growth. What you'll do Build and optimize site merchandising for assigned departments by designing traffic plans, product layouts, and featured displays. Drive customer engagement through search result strategies and collaboration with marketing partners. Analyze customer behavior and market data to recommend site improvements and category strategies. Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to cross-functional teams and leadership. Develop and manage product roadmaps and campaign launch plans, ensuring alignment with business goals. Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable reports to support decision-making. Lead and mentor associates, fostering accountability and continuous improvement. What you'll bring Proven expertise in site merchandising, including site navigation standards, visual merchandising, and use of administrative tools such as Tempo and Tango. Strong ability to analyze customer behavior and market data to inform site optimization and category strategy. Excellent communication skills to influence cross-functional partners and present complex information clearly and credibly. Experience in developing and executing traffic-driving strategies and promotional campaigns. Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and KPI measurement to provide actionable business insights. Demonstrated accountability, adaptability, and interpersonal skills to lead teams and foster collaboration. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
