What’s a typical day as Logistics Specialist? You’ll be:

• Supporting logistics operations through picking/packing, shipping and receiving, inventory management, and warehouse activities.
• Accepting packages, completing delivery worksheets in Excel, and tracking Certificates of Analysis (CofA) from vendors.
• Assisting with labeling, storing GMP materials, and delivering items to appropriate parties.
• Receiving materials, processing and creating labels, and preparing goods for QA inspection.
• Preparing, packaging, and labeling materials for shipping using multiple carrier shipping programs.
• Entering and maintaining data in SAP to ensure operational accuracy and integrity.
• Checking and filing packing slips, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring proper replenishment.
• Unlocking bulk tank gates and completing bulk tank acceptance forms.
• Identifying and recommending opportunities to improve processes and enhance productivity.
• Ordering supplies as needed and performing other job-related functions as assigned.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a High School diploma or equivalent (required).
• Bring at least 2 years of relevant logistics experience with proven achievements.
• Hold, or are able to obtain, DOT and IATA certifications.
• Have operational experience with ERP solutions, ideally SAP.
• Demonstrate strong multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail.
• Are able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly throughout a standard workday.
