Senior Technical Solutions Consultant - Meta Advertising
Immediate need for a talented Senior Technical Solutions Consultant - Meta Advertising. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid).
Key Responsibilities:
- Build technical expertise in Meta's various advertising products (signal, measurement, and delivery) and provide consultative guidance to clients and partners on best practices and bespoke setups
- Resolve technical issues stemming from our client's usage of Meta advertising solutions
- Partner closely with sales teams and Tier A advertisers to resolve client issues, prioritize, and build market or vertical plans for technical services
- Escalate potential bugs to the product and engineering teams and drive resolution
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in the Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries
- Experience managing a multi-million dollar book of business, able to autonomously prioritize, and communicate effectively with sales and clients
- Experience with technical troubleshooting of Meta Advertising & Business technologies (e.g., Graph API, Ads Manager, Conversions API, Meta SDK, Meta Pixel)
- Customer-facing experience translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences
- Experience with technically troubleshooting advertising technologies such as pixels, ad servers, auctions, and delivery
- Experience working with web technologies including, but not limited to: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and
- Experience working with SQL and RESTful APIs
