Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $2,320 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Portland, Oregon.

• Shift: Day, 3×12-hour (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to adult and geriatric Med-Surg/Telemetry patients.
• Monitor telemetry and interpret cardiac rhythms.
• Administer medications, including insulin and heparin protocols.
• Manage IVs, PICC lines, ports, central lines, and blood products.
• Care for patients with bowel obstructions, renal failure, and GI conditions.
• Perform wound care, tracheostomy care (preferred), feeding tube care, and ostomy care.
• Respond to rapid response/code situations.
• Float to other Med-Surg units and Providence sister facilities as needed.

RequirementsMinimum 2 years RN experience.Travel nursing experience required.Active Compact RN License (must be in hand at submission).BLS certification.Experience with:Epic charting
