Senior Full Stack Developer Location: Spring, TX (On-site) Duration: 12-Month Contract Rate: As Per Market Open Note: Looking for local resources in Houston TX. Mandatory Onsite Interview Position Overview A global leader in the energy industry is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join a dynamic technology team supporting enterprise-scale digital initiatives. This role involves collaborating on complex, high-impact projects that enable business transformation and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, contribute to architecture decisions, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing applications in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Designers, Architects, and Engineers to design and build innovative software solutions. Contribute hands‑on to the codebase while ensuring high-quality documentation, testing, and maintainability. Provide architectural guidance and technical consultancy on application design and system scalability. Lead and mentor a team of developers, driving technical strategy and ensuring adherence to best practices. Conduct deep code reviews and enforce coding standards through automated and functional testing. Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure application quality, performance, and scalability. Partner with security and architecture teams to ensure compliance with enterprise security standards. Support the full software development lifecycle including design, development, deployment, and ongoing support.
