Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Location: Goldsboro, NC

Salary Range: $45k - $55k + Bonuses

We seek a candidate with essential sales experience managing an annual revenue of $3M or more and a minimum of 2 years in a salaried management position is preferred. Key Responsibilities:

Skilled in enhancing sales strategies and customer service
Scheduling and effective management of staff across all departments
Development of accurate financial reports
Overseeing payroll and inventory systems
Leading and motivating a high-performing team
Facilitating training programs for optimum service delivery
Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and hospitality
