Lead UX Designer

Seeking a full-time remote Lead AI Experience Designer, the successful candidate will establish UX/UI practices for client AI solutions, transforming AI capabilities into polished products while collaborating with cross-functional teams to elevate user experience and interface quality. Key Responsibilities Define design standards and create reusable design systems to ensure consistent AI experiences across client engagements Lead user discovery and usability testing to synthesize insights into product recommendations and clear UX direction Design end-to-end user experiences for AI-enabled products, producing artifacts such as wireframes and prototypes to enhance delivery quality Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in product design, UX design, or a closely related discipline Proven track record of owning end-to-end product design from research to polished UI delivery Strong user-research capabilities, including interviews and usability testing Demonstrated ability to make clear product recommendations in ambiguous environments A portfolio showcasing interaction design and the ability to simplify complex workflows
