Events Manager

Job Details Job Location: Davidsonville, MD 21035 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $25.00 - $30.00 Hourly Events & Festival Manager

What You\'ll Do

• Plan and execute seasonal festivals, special events, and family activities
• Manage event logistics, budgets, timelines, vendors, and entertainment
• Collaborate with marketing to promote events and drive attendance
• Lead event staff, volunteers, and cross-functional teams
• Build community partnerships and sponsorship opportunities
• Create memorable customer experiences that keep guests coming back

Qualifications

What We\'re Looking For

• 5+ years of event, festival, or experiential marketing experience
• Proven success managing public events from concept to execution
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and vendor management abilities
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Experience in retail, hospitality, attractions, or community events is a plus
