Operations Analyst

Managing claim appeals and coordinating with coders, the full-time Operations Analyst will analyze claims, assist clients and providers with inquiries, and maintain databases while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Key responsibilities Review and analyze claim appeals, collaborating with coders and assisting clients with issue resolution Research and manage claim inventory for various billing types, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance Perform data entry and maintain provider databases, including system claim adjustments based on appeal outcomes Required qualifications Minimum high school diploma or GED with two years of experience in an operations or service role; associate's degree accepted without prior experience Experience in healthcare or knowledge of medical coding preferred Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel Ability to work independently while handling confidential information in a fast-paced environment Strong technical skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
