Key Responsibilities Manage and execute large-scale strategic projects for leading AI labs and technology companies. Coordinate and manage projects that contribute to multi-million-dollar business growth. Source, screen, onboard, and manage highly skilled domain experts across various industries, including Software Engineering, Healthcare, Legal, Finance, and more. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities for project expansion. Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, and Machine Learning teams to ensure successful project delivery. Track project progress, monitor key performance metrics, and ensure timely execution. Identify process improvements and implement operational efficiencies. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients throughout the project lifecycle. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree (recent graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply). Internship or professional experience in Consulting, Finance, Startups, Operations, Business Strategy, Program Management, or a similar fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience working directly with clients or customers. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership. Preferred Qualifications Experience with project or program management. Experience in business operations or strategic operations. Familiarity with AI, technology, or startup environments.
