Business Solutions Engineer opening in Seneca, SC for a fast-growing, PE-backed company scaling rapidly with experienced leadership. In this role you'll own high-priority operational initiatives across the business — taking problems from definition through to business solutions. This is a hands-on, technology first generalist role built for someone who can analyze a process, build the solution, and implement it themselves.

Requirements:

• 4+ years in operations, business analysis, project management, or a similar cross-functional generalist role
• Hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, or BI tools (NetSuite and Power BI a plus)
• Comfortable building reports and dashboards and translating data into actionable recommendations
• Experience coordinating with external vendors or technical teams to deliver on business requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Self-starter who creates structure in ambiguous situations and follows through without being managed

 

Role Duties:

• Own operational projects end to end — design the approach, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver the outcome yourself
• Observe team workflows, identify friction and inefficiency, and bring structured recommendations to leadership
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards that drive decisions across the business
• Document and improve core business processes to support system implementations and team training
