Responsibilities

Oversee the full sales lifecycle from prospecting new leads to closing policies that offer meaningful protection.

Conduct thorough coverage reviews to ensure our clients have the right policies for their changing lives.

Collaborate with the broader team to identify new market opportunities and refine our outreach strategy.

Mentor junior staff members by sharing your expertise and helping them develop their own sales approach.

Manage an active pipeline of renewals and new business opportunities with precision and care.

Maintain strong relationships with our carrier partners to advocate for the best outcomes for our clients.

Requirements

Active Pennsylvania Property Casualty Insurance License.

Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or high-volume client services.

Deep understanding of personal lines insurance products and underwriting guidelines.

Proficiency in using agency management systems and digital document management.

Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

A valid driver’s license and the ability to commute to our Stroudsburg office.
