Work Environment\n

This role operates in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a collaborative atmosphere with your team. While the majority of work will be conducted virtually, the role will involve occasional onsite visits to local detox facilities to engage directly with clients. Our work hours are primarily Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening or weekend hours to ensure client needs are met. A flexible approach to scheduling is critical to address the dynamic nature of social work interventions in this context.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of clients entering the detox program, focusing on emotional, psychological, and social factors.

• Develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to the individual needs and recovery goals of each client, promoting a supportive path towards recovery.

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions, offering emotional support and guidance to help clients cope with challenges related to substance use and recovery.

The primary focus of this role is on individuals undergoing detoxification and early recovery from substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Must possess current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW).
