As an IT Manager I, you will: Lead and oversee the Cloud Services team, ensuring systems operate efficiently and support organizational objectives. Supervise, mentor, and guide staff, managing workloads and conducting performance evaluations. Assess business requirements, design technical solutions, and align IT strategies with the goals of the organization. Promote collaboration and innovation through in-person teamwork and effective cross-functional communication. Manage administrative responsibilities such as reporting, procurement, and participation in special projects. Telework Information: This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with up to two days of remote work and three days or more onsite, per week.
