Assistant Branch Manager Branch Experience | Non-Exempt Job Range - $22.77 - $28.46/hour Schedule - Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Lead the day. Grow the team. Make every member experience count.

You'll help lead daily branch operations, coach and develop employees, step in when members need extra support, and keep the team focused on delivering solutions that make a difference. What You'll Do

• Lead daily branch operations, coordinate workflow and staffing, and keep the member experience running smoothly
• Coach, support, and develop team members while reinforcing teamwork, accountability, and exceptional service
• Step in on complex member needs and service challenges, using sound judgment to find the right solution
• Help employees have meaningful conversations that uncover member needs and connect them with helpful financial solutions
• Support branch goals, operational accuracy, and a strong culture of compliance and continuous improvement
• Partner with the Branch Manager to communicate priorities, address challenges, and help drive overall branch success

What You'll Bring

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• 2–4 years of financial institution experience; supervisory or leadership experience is preferred
• A strong understanding of branch operations and member service
• The ability to coach, encourage, and develop others while building a positive team environment
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• The ability to stay organized, adapt quickly, and confidently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
