Financial Analyst

A company within the Energy/retail industry is looking for a Financial Analyst.

Job Description

Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights. Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting activities. Costing and inventory experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives. Monitor key financial metrics and provide variance analysis. Support month-end and year-end close processes by providing accurate financial data. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Assist in ad hoc financial projects as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Analyst should have: Experience with financial analysis and reporting in the Energy/retail industry. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools. Ability to communicate complex financial data clearly and effectively. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements. Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems.

What's on Offer

Competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually. Comprehensive 401(k) match program. Hybrid (twice a week) in the office.
