What You’ll Do Engage with homeowners who have already expressed interest in our services — no cold prospecting Build rapport while understanding each homeowner’s needs Schedule qualified in-home consultations for our Energy Efficiency Specialists and Design Consultants Deliver a professional, positive customer experience on every interaction Consistently achieve individual and team performance goals Help homeowners take the first step toward improving their homes Who We’re Looking For Driven to achieve results Excellent communicators Coachable and eager to learn Competitive with a positive attitude Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience Full-time and part time employees with some weekend availability Previous experience in inside sales, appointment setting, customer service, or a high-volume call environment is preferred, but professionalism, work ethic, and a desire to succeed are just as important.
