Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Division Human ResourceManager for their Human Resources Department. The right candidate will be responsible for facilitatingall aspects of Human Resources and payroll at the division level as well as serve as liaison between Corporate and Division. This role will also be the main division resource to investigate and address employee realtions issues. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Recruitment New hire processing and onboarding Assist managers with employee concerns on disciplinary action Make managers aware of company policies relating to certain management responsibilities Partner with Corporate for Employment Verifications Conduct benefits enrollment meetings and answer various benefits inquiries Be available to answer employee questions concerning benefits, payroll, and HR policies Responsible for division payroll. Distribute timesheets and paychecks to all division staff twice monthly. Collect, review, correct and obtain approval of timesheets. Input hours and vacation time for forward to Corporate Process salary increases, bonuses, transfers, promotions and terminations Facilitate worker's compensation for division Make sure all HR regulations are followed Help train new staff and managerial team members Supervisory Responsibilities May directly supervise two or more employees in the Main Office. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Qualifications Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Accounting, Human Resources, or Business from four-year college or university Three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience In office- Monday through Friday Estimated compensation range between $85,000 and $105,000 Come joina winning team with a Fortune 500 company!
