Key Responsibilities\n

• Participate actively in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives, ensuring best practices in therapeutic interventions.

• Complete clinical documentation on the same day of service delivery, ensuring timely communication with patient access representatives and insurance providers for service authorization.
\n
• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs in compliance with guidelines for outpatient and/or partial hospitalization programs, adapting treatment plans as required.
\n
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, incorporating family dynamics into treatment when appropriate, to promote holistic recovery and client engagement.
\n
• Maintain accurate records of clinical productivity and adhere to organizational protocols for documentation and data reporting.
\n
• Develop customized treatment plans that utilize a comprehensive array of therapeutic modalities, ensuring that varied and complex needs are addressed efficiently.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our center focuses primarily on children, youth, and young adults facing various mental health challenges. You will engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, each with unique needs and experiences. Your empathy, cultural competence, and dedication to fostering a supportive therapeutic environment will be essential in helping clients find their path to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Valid licensure as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, or clinical social worker in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
\n
• Licensure as a Behavior Specialist, complemented by a graduate degree that includes a clinical or mental health direct care practicum.
\n
• A minimum of three (3) years of full-time experience delivering mental health direct care services, particularly to children, youth, or young adults, with a graduate degree containing at least nine credits focused on clinical practice within a human services context.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience utilizing evidence-based practices in therapy, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Family Systems Therapy.

• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and tools to ensure effective virtual client engagement.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, emphasizing communication and coordination of care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
