Project Manager

A California-based design firm that provides a wide range of architectural, interior, and planning services is seeking a Project Manager to help them lead projects throughout all phases including design, documentation, plan check and construction administration at their Davis, CA office.
Your Day Includes- Oversee and lead all phases of project development, including design/construction documentation, plan check, and construction administration
- Manage architectural support team and coordination of consultants
- Review design/construction documentation for completeness, code compliance, and quality assurance
- Play a key external role including meeting with Clients, Superintendents, and Board Members while leading all planning, construction and agency meetings
- Develop fee proposals, project schedules, work plans, and conceptual cost estimates
- License and degree in Architecture
- 8+ years' experience (with at least 3+ years' experience in similar PM role)
- Familiarity with Revit and proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Experience working on K-12 Education or Healthcare projects
