Overview Direct Lender with In-House Processing & Broker Flexibility We are seeking motivated and relationship-driven Mortgage Loan Officers to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to work with a company that offers the advantages of both a direct lender and broker platform, giving you the flexibility to provide competitive solutions tailored to your clients’ needs. Responsibilities Originate residential mortgage loans through self-generated business, referrals, and company-provided opportunities. Company provided leads will be limited. Guide borrowers through the initial loan application process Collect and submit minimum required documentation at application Maintain strong communication and customer service throughout the early stages of the loan process Build and maintain referral partner relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other professionals The Mortgage Loan Officer is responsible for taking the application and collecting the minimum required documentation at submission. Once the file is submitted, our processing team takes over and manages the loan through disclosures, processing, coordination, and handoff to closing. This structure allows our Loan Officers to spend more time originating loans and less time managing administrative tasks.
