Pay Rate: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour (based on experience) Same Day Pay for all Employees!

Responsibilities

Registered Nurse Supervisors (RN) must have a kind, patient and empathetic personality as well as a commitment to providing patients with the best possible care. Supervisors manage their unit in accordance with policy/procedure and assumes direct responsibility and accountability for the delivery of patient care on that unit.

Qualifications

Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Schedule & Availability

• Part-Time Hours
• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Every other weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday)

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland
• Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or assisted living preferred
• Prior nurse supervisory or charge nurse experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical assessment skills
• Commitment to compassionate, high-quality resident care
