Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Conroe, Texas. Job Details Location: Conroe, TX Specialty: Emergency Room (ER) Shift Time: Nights Shift Hours: 12 hours Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours Required Qualifications: Valid Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC). No minimum years of experience required. Responsibilities include patient assessment, emergency interventions, collaboration with the healthcare team, and documenting patient care activities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with moderate sedation, cardiac monitoring, and procedures such as IV/blood draws, NIHS, and TNK. Additional Information: Candidates should be team players with strong compassion and empathy. Dress code is scrubs in royal blue.
